Dear Followers,
On Tuesday we made our second dish for Home Ec. We made Chapatis which are a flat naan bread. They are more common than naan bread in India. They are made of chapati or chana atta flour and water mix together to make a dough. You then spilt the dough into 8-10 piece and knead each one. They you roast them on a heavy pan till cooked using vegetable oil (but keep the others covered till you need them). Its that simple! I even made some for my lunch today. They are great served with curry or a dip, because they are a bit plain on their own.
Give it a try and leave a comment about how you got on!
Thanks again,
Roisin.P.
